Meeting on commercial courts
On 12.07.2021, a meeting on commercial courts initiative was convened under the chairmanship of Honorable Chief Justice, Lahore High Court, Mr. Justice Ameer Bhatti. In order to improve Pakistan’s ranking on the Enforcing Contracts Indicator, joint efforts are being made by the Lahore High Court and Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab. The meeting was attended by Justice Shehzad Ali Khan, Justice Shujat Ali Khan, Justice Shahid Karim, Justice Jawad Hassan, Secretary Law and Industries and Mr. Ali Jalal, Program Director, PIU, P&DB.
